You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
- where you or a third party other than the carrier named by you have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods within the framework of a uniform order and that it is delivered in a uniform manner, or shall be:;
- where you or a third party other than the carrier named by you have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods under a single order and they are delivered separately;
- in which you or a third party other than the carrier named by you have taken possession of the last partial consignment or piece, provided that you have ordered goods delivered in several partial consignments or pieces;
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Olibanum B.V. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
You can also use your right of withdrawal online under an appropriately designated button ("Contract Revocation" or similar designation) on our website (olibanum-bv.com) exercise. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable data medium (e.g. by e-mail) with information on the content of the cancellation declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.
In order to safeguard the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this Agreement, we will promptly and no later than within 14 days all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from choosing a different mode of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). Days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this Agreement has been received by us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment.
We may refuse to refund until we have returned the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You have the goods immediately and in any case at the latest within 14 Days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this Agreement, or to Olibanum B.V. Eurode-Park 1-45 DE-521304 Herzogenrath return or hand over. The time limit is met if the goods have expired before the time limit. 14 days sending.
They shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
They shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
Reasons for exclusion or extinction
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- the supply of goods which are not pre-fabricated and whose manufacture is determined by an individual choice or destination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that could spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and the current value of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence;
- for the supply of newspapers, magazines or illustrated products with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires early in contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods, if after delivery they have been mixed inseparably with other goods by virtue of their nature;
- to supply sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed pack, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
