Right of withdrawal for consumers
(Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day,

– on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, have taken possession of or has the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods within a uniform order and that they are delivered or will be delivered in a uniform manner;

– on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods within a single order and delivered them separately;

– on which you or a third party named by you, which is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial consignment or the last piece, if you have ordered a product delivered in several partial consignments or pieces;

In order to exercise your right to revoke, you must revoke this contract to us (Olibanum B.V. Good Natural Products, Eurode-Park 1 – 45, 6461 KB Kerkrade, phone number: +492406-999075, e-mail address: info@olibanum-bv.com). You can use the attached sample revocation form, which is not required.

In order to safeguard the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we will have to reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract has been received with us. For this repayment we use the same means of payment you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged charges due to this repayment.

We may refuse the repayment until we have retained the goods again or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, depending on which the earlier date is.

You have to return or transfer the goods to us or to Olibanum B.V. Eurode-Park 1-45 DE-521304 Herzogenrath without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline shall be maintained if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days.

They shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

They shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling of the goods which is not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for exclusion or redemption

The right of withdrawal does not exist in the case of contracts

– for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or destination by the consumer is relevant or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
– to supply goods that can quickly spoil or would quickly exceed their expiry date;
– for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market on which the entrepreneur has no influence;
– to supply newspapers, magazines or illustrators with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts

– for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons when their sealing has been removed after delivery;
– for the supply of goods, if they were mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery;
– for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package when the sealing was removed after delivery.
