In the production of our vital oil according to Dr. Fernando, a balanced composition of the ingredients ( grape seed oil, linseed oil, night candle oil, lucerne extract, DL-α-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E) was observed. The herbal ingredients of high-quality oil promote each other in their effect:
Grape seed oil (proanthocyanidine): In ancient times and in the Middle Ages, the valuable ingredients of the greenish-golden oil were appreciated, which is obtained from red grapes. The cold-pressed grape seed oil contains, in addition to vitamin E and lecithin, 90% unsaturated fatty acids, of which 70% linoleic acid and, as further bioactive agents, the oligomeric proanthocyanidines, briefly called OPC. OPC are counted to the plant substances known as polyphenols. They are 100% bioavailable and are thus fully utilized in the body.
linseed oil (Ω-3-fatty acid α-linolenic acid): The α-linolenic acid is found mainly in linseed and rapeseed oil and in green leaf vegetables. In the body, further higher unsaturated fatty acids form from this fatty acid in a slow process. Since the body cannot synthesize the α-linolenic acid itself, it must be fed with food and therefore counts among the essential fatty acids.
Night candle oil (Ω-6 fatty acid γ-linolenic acid): The starting substance of the &Omega-6 fatty acid (γ-linolenic acid) is the linoleic acid which is predominantly present in distele, sunflower, maize germ and soybean oil. The γ-linolenic acid is formed endogenously from the linoleic acid and occurs in relatively large amounts in night-candle oil and borate oil.
Lucerne extract (chlorophyllrich): The chlorophyll, the green leaf dye of the plants, is a porphyrin derivative with magnesium as a metallic component, in the chemical structure, related to the iron-containing red blood dye, the hemine.
Vitamin E (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate): Vitamin E is produced exclusively by plants and the name is used as a preamble for all biologically active tocopherols. In all cell membranes, it protects polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as linoleic acid from oxidation by aggressive oxygen radicals.
