Delivery periods
Soweit im jeweiligen Angebot keine andere Frist angegeben ist, erfolgt die Lieferung der Ware im Inland (Niederlande) innerhalb von 1-2 Werktagen, bei Auslandslieferungen innerhalb von 3-12 Werktagen nach Vertragsschluss (bei vereinbarter Vorauszahlung nach dem Zeitpunkt Ihrer Zahlungsanweisung).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a common shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Deliveries within Germany
We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value) as follows:
– value of goods up to 100 € = 6,20 €
From an order value of 100 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
Delivery abroad
We charge the shipping costs abroad as follows:
- Belgium, Netherlands, Austria: 8,90 €
- Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Sweden, Spain: 14,50 €
- Liechtenstein, Monaco, Switzerland, United Kingdom: 18,50 €
- Canada, USA and other countries on request
Delivery periods
Delivery periods Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods to Germany takes place within 1 – 3 working days after conclusion of the contract, in the case of deliveries abroad within 5-12 working days after conclusion of the contract (if prepayment is agreed after the time of their payment order). The delivery time is calculated in working days. No service shall be effected on Sundays and public holidays.
